Citrus Festival 2018 launched in aid of Animal Welfare NGOsThis year’s Citrus Festival has been launched by Edgar Preca and will be taking place this coming Sunday from 9:00am onwards at Sant’Anton Palace.

Entrance to the Festival is free of charge and this activity is going to be held in aid of Animal Welfare NGOs.

Mr Preca spoke about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and how oranges and other citrus fruit should be a regular part of our daily diet.

During this year’s Festival, fresh oranges from the orange grove will be for sale, as well as cakes, muffins, jams and marmalades prepared by the Sant’Anton Palace kitchen staff. There will be stalls selling local artisan products.
