KC Concepcion proudly showed her appreciation for her rumored beau, Mike Wüthrich.
She uploaded a sweet photo of them together on Tuesday, April 23. "Happy birthday, Swizzy," she began in her birthday greeting. KC thanked Mike for being a great partner. "Thank you for being the player one to my player two," KC wrote.
KC, who appears to be in her lover-girl era, expressed how content she is in going through adventures with Mike, also praising the man for bringing happiness to her life. "I enjoy every adventure you take me to and I’m proud to see you overcome every challenge life throws at you. I so enjoy your smile when I see it, so keep smiling!" she stated.
Before KC ended her message, she also took the chance to spill a cheesy detail about their relationship. "Despite the distance, there’s a reason God made our paths cross," she declared. "It’s exciting the good things He has in store for us and for you! Enjoy today. Happy birthday! Let’s celebrate you!"

KC has slightly opened up about her assumed relationship with Mike back in 2023. Netizens spotted Mike in some of KC's vlogs and posts on Instagram.
In fact, in March 2023, KC uploaded an Instagram reel featuring Mike. At the time, he was still a nameless person to KC's followers. She captioned the said IG reel with, "Nope, you’re not stealing my heart!!"
On the same IG post, Mike actually left the sweetest reply! "You stole mine though [winking face, partying face emojis] @kristinaconcepcion" Aww!
Just recently, breakup rumors hounded their seemingly quiet romance when netizens noticed Mike's absence at KC's 39th birthday celebration last April 7, 2024.
But KC's birthday post proved that Mike still made her feel his presence during the celebration. "began with fresh flowers and a sweet card from Swizzy all the way from Switzerland!"
In another post, she also wrote, "Special thanks to Swizzy who is in Switzerland for sending me my first beautiful birthday blooms that lit up the mood and the whole room."

The two have been low-key leaving romantic gestures over on social media. However, there hasn't been a direct confirmation about the real score between KC and Mike. Neither of them have publicly confirmed their relationship as of this writing.
Despite the no-confirmation, Mike has been spotted with KC on some family occasions. He was even featured in a vlog and a family event uploaded by KC’s mom Sharon Cuneta. PEP.ph reported that Mike also met KC's father, Gabby Concepcion in 2023, after celebrating the birthday of Savannah Concepcion, KC's half-sister, with the fam.
