Tamer Hosny has recently produced Bassma Boussel's latest song "El Bedayat" to support her comeback.
 
 
 
He had previously expressed his belief in her talent. The song was written by Ayman Bahgat Amar and composed by Mohamed Yehia.
 
 
Despite their previous divorce, Hosny and Boussel have managed to maintain a respectful relationship and continue to support each other. Many fans of the duo anticipate a reunion.
 
 
 
Hosny performed at the Sinai Liberation Day celebration broadcast on the Al Hayah channel on April 25.
 
 
He sang with children and took a photo with Palestinian kids from Gaza.
 
 
 
Hosny is a singer, songwriter, composer, and actor who started his musical career in 2002. He is known for his romantic music and is referred to as "the Star of the Generation" by his fans. Hosny has won various awards over the years, including Best Selling Album in 2002 from the Nile Variety channel, Best Arab Artist at Murex D’Or in 2014 and 2016, and Best Arab Artist at the Middle East Music Awards in 2015. Hosny's movie "El-Badla" (The Suit) grossed over LE 50 million. In it, he plays the role of a police officer who faces several critical situations due to the nature of his job. The movie stars renowned actors such as Amina Khalil, Maged el-Masry, Dalal Abdel Aziz, Hassan Hosny, and Mai Kassab, among others. The movie is written by Ayman Bahagat Kamar and directed by Mando el-Adl. Hosny announced that "El-Badla" achieved the highest revenues in the history of Egyptian cinema at that time.
 
 
 
 
In August 2017, Hosny traveled to Los Angeles and had his handprint and footprint permanently engraved on the Forecourt of the Stars at Hollywood's iconic Chinese Theater. 
 
 
 
Hosny was the first Arab pop singer to perform a concert in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on March 30, 2018. The concert was attended by thousands of Saudis, with approximately 90 percent of them being women. 
 
 
 
 
 
Hosny performed in the opening ceremony of Abu Dhabi 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games. He performed alongside renowned singers such as Syrian Assala, Emirati star Hussein al-Jasmi, Puerto Rican star Luis Fonsi, and Canadian pop star Avril Lavigne. The song was a motivational animated performance entitled "Right where I'm supposed to Be", and it was performed in English, Spanish, and Arabic. Hosny wrote and composed the song "Wa enta Maayia'' (When You Are With Me), which he performed as a duo with Algerian superstar Cheb Khaled. The song amassed millions of views on YouTube. 
 
 
 
 
Hosny participated in the massive operetta "Enta Akwa" (You are Stronger) alongside megastars such as Mohmed Mounir, Samira Said, Saber Rebai, Wael Gassar, and Carole Samaha. The song is Egypt's message to humanity in the coronavirus crisis, according to renowned Egyptian writer and poet Medhat el-Adl, who wrote the lyrics of "Enta Akwa". All the participants in the project followed all the precautionary measures against coronavirus, and all the revenues from the song were given to the families of coronavirus patients. "Enta Akwa" was directed by Tarek Alarian. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Hosny's movie "El-Feloos" (The Money) was also a huge success. The movie stars Khaled el-Sawy, Zeina, Aisha bin Ahmed, and Mohammed Salam. It is written by Mohammed Abdel Moti and directed by Saeed el-Marouk. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
TikTok platform previously made a partnership with Hosny. Hosny posted his first TikTok video wishing his fans health and success as part of the #2020MakeAWish challenge and pledged to bring another level of style and diversity to his content in 2020. Hosny also wished everyone a Happy New Year through a TikTok video message screened on the Burj Khalifa. 
 
 
 
 
 
Finally, Hosny is known for his humanitarian stances, such as visiting the late young YouTuber Mostafa Hefnawy in the hospital before his death and asking all his fans to pray for his recovery.
